Who this is for

Manufacturers with the capacity for brand-level programmes

  • Trim and fastener manufacturers already exporting, with the capacity and quality systems to serve brand-level volumes.
  • Teams that have been “almost approved” for several seasons, or approved but not ordered.
  • Suppliers preparing for PFAS, nickel, CPSIA, REACH, EUDR or Digital Product Passport data requests from brands.
  • Companies opening regional offices or stock points near garment factories, and wanting brands to know about it.

Not the right fit: start-ups looking for low-minimum trims sourcing, or brands seeking a sourcing agent.

Engagements

Fixed scope. Clear deliverables. Senior attention.

Every engagement is led by Martin. Fees depend on product range and the number of target brands, and are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.

How it works

From first conversation to proposal in under a week

  1. Qualification

Complete a three-minute form about your products, markets, target brands and evidence. It tells us whether we can help, and how.

  2. Introductory call

If it looks like a fit, book a 30-minute call with Martin. We discuss your target brands, your gaps and what a realistic plan looks like.

  3. Written proposal

Within three working days you receive a fixed-scope proposal with deliverables, timeline and fee.

Our rules

How we protect clients, and brands

No conflicts. We work with one supplier per product category per target brand at any one time.

Confidentiality. Your data, pricing and customer information stay confidential, under a written agreement.

Evidence only. We never help a supplier make a claim it cannot prove.

No guarantees of nomination. Brands decide. Our work is to make sure you deserve to be chosen, and that the right people know it.

Check if you qualify

Three minutes. No obligation.

Qualified applicants are invited to book a call directly with Martin. Others receive recommended next steps, usually The Brand Nomination Blueprint and the free edition of The MMC Trims Brief.
